You can find it in two simple ways: measure a ring you already own that fits comfortably, or measure your finger directly.
Cut a piece of string or paper about 10 cm long.
Wrap it around the finger where you’ll wear the ring. Make sure it’s snug but comfortable.
Mark the point where the end meets the rest of the string or paper.
Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters, that’s the circumference of your finger.

Measure the internal diameter of the ring using a ruler (place it flat and measure straight across the inside).
