You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. All returns must be pre-approved, please do not send items back without confirmation.
Items must be returned in the exact condition received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging (including any free gifts that came with the order).

You may exchange any new and unused item within 30 days of delivery for a different style, size, or store credit. Simply contact support@lelicejewelry.com to begin the process. Once we receive your return, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. Once your exchange order has been processed, it will ship the next business day, and delivery times will follow our standard Shipping Policy. You’ll receive new order and shipping confirmation emails.
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without explanation. The item must be unused, in original condition with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
