We provide completely free shipping to all countries we serve, no hidden fees, and we cover all customs duties and taxes for you.

  • Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (24–48 hours) after placement. This is an estimate and can occasionally be longer due to high order volume, courier availability, or unexpected issues.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipments to remote or rural areas may take longer, in some cases up to 4–6 weeks.
  • Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for incorrect addresses, lost packages, or delays caused by the carrier.
  • Express or expedited shipping is not available at this time.

We ship worldwide except to French Polynesia, Russia, and China.

Order Processing & Tracking

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Your order is typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–15 business days depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can track it directly on our Tracking Page and will also receive notifications when it’s shipped and delivered.

If you didn’t receive your confirmation email, you may have entered the wrong address. Please contact us at support@lelicejewelry.com with your full name, shipping address, and phone number, and we’ll locate your order for you.

Cancellations & Changes:

We process orders very quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications (including address changes) once an order is placed. If you need to update your address, please email us immediately at support@lelicejewelry.com

Trouble Completing Your Order?

First, try waiting a little longer for the page to load. If the issue persists:

  • Switch to a different browser or device
  • Ensure your card allows international transactions
  • Try a different payment method or contact your bank

If you’re still having problems, reach out to support@lelicejewelry.com and we’ll help right away.

Late or Missing Orders

Delays are rare, but they can happen. We’re truly sorry if your order is taking longer than expected and will do everything we can to assist.

If your order is late:

  • Double-check that your shipping address is correct (small mistakes in apartment numbers, postal codes, etc. are common causes).
  • If it has been more than 30 days since shipment, please contact us at support@lelicejewelry.com and we’ll investigate.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbours and around your property.
  • Wait at least 3 business days, then file a claim with your local postal service.
  • If you still don’t have it, contact us within 7 business days of the “delivered” status at support@lelicejewelry.com and we’ll help resolve it.
Wrong or Missing Items

If something is incorrect or missing, please email support@lelicejewelry.com within 3 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of everything you received
  • A photo of the shipping label

We’ll investigate with our warehouse and carrier partners immediately.

Wrong Address Provided?

Please double check your delivery address at checkout, including postcode and flat or unit number.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, we will charge a £10 fee. This fee covers costs and carrier charges related to the parcel being returned to us.

If you request a refund because of a wrong address, the £10 fee will be deducted from your refund. If you place a new order with us instead, we will not charge any fees.

Lelice Lifetime Color Warranty

We stand behind our plating quality. If your jewellery experiences significant discoloration of the gold or silver finish, contact us anytime for a replacement or store credit (gifted items receive store credit only).

Covered under this warranty: 
  • Noticeable color fading or discoloration
Not covered: 
  • Normal wear (light scratches)
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Pearl discoloration
  • Misuse, or improper storage
Lelice 90-Day Manufacturing Warranty

If an item arrives defective or breaks due to a manufacturing fault within 90 days of delivery, we’ll replace it or issue store credit (gifted items receive store credit only).

Covered under this warranty:
  • Production defects or breakage caused by manufacturing
Not covered: 
  • Normal wear
  • Misuse, or improper storage
  • Lost or stolen items

  • Your shipping address
  • Order number
  • The item affected
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear images, and a video if applicable (e.g., for earring clasps)
