Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–15 business days depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, we will charge a £10 fee. This fee covers costs and carrier charges related to the parcel being returned to us.
If you request a refund because of a wrong address, the £10 fee will be deducted from your refund. If you place a new order with us instead, we will not charge any fees.
We stand behind our plating quality. If your jewellery experiences significant discoloration of the gold or silver finish, contact us anytime for a replacement or store credit (gifted items receive store credit only).
If an item arrives defective or breaks due to a manufacturing fault within 90 days of delivery, we’ll replace it or issue store credit (gifted items receive store credit only).
